All pastors and leaders in our Eastern Region of the Vineyard are invited to join us for three days of connection, engagement, and encouragement.
A message from Phil Chorlian, Vineyard East Regional Leader …
I hope you and your leadership team will join us at the upcoming Vineyard East Regional Conference. Designed with every member of your team in mind, this conference promises to be enriching and transformative.
Our theme this year is focusing on becoming emotionally healthy leaders and discovering how we can guide our churches towards health and spiritual vitality. We are pleased to announce that Danielle Pathak and Drew Hyun will be our keynote speakers. Danielle, the Associate National Director for Pastoral Health and Spiritual Formation, brings a wealth of wisdom and a deep passion for promoting health within the church. Drew, a pastor, leader, and founder of the Hope Church Network in NYC, is also the Associate Director of the Emotionally Healthy Discipleship Team. He works closely with Pete Scazzero, author and co-founder of Emotionally Healthy Discipleship,” to empower pastors to lead emotionally healthy congregations.
This conference is a chance for us to grow and learn together, and we believe it will have a lasting impact on your ministry. Load up the minivans and join us for a time of worship, learning, and fellowship!
Good to know…
There will be a pre-conference meeting for senior pastors and any elders/trustees from each church on Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 2pm - 5pm with Caleb Maskell and Robb Morgan. Registration is free but required for this meeting (separate from general admission). CLICK HERE TO REGISTER and select “Pre-Conference” for your free tickets.
General Admission tickets are $50 per person which covers the full conference. CLICK HERE TO REGISTER and select “Conference.” Important note: if registering for multiple people, please include the names of each individual in your group.
Walk-ins are welcome with “pay the door” options for $20 per session (1 session on Wednesday / 2 sessions on Thursday). The Friday session is free.
We will have four general sessions throughout the three days, and our conference will come to a close on Friday at 12pm.
Childcare and programs for kids will not be available.

Association Gatherings & Affinity Workshops
On Thursday, we are offering an opportunity for the Vineyard Associations to gather together early in the afternoon, followed by several Affinity Workshops for all attendees. The purpose of these workshops is to foster greater connections among ministry leaders and volunteers by offering a variety of topics, focusing on the roles and interests we have in the local church. We will share what’s working, the challenges we’re facing, and forge new supportive relationships.

If you are bringing a baby or toddler with you, there will be no additional charge. We will also have a kid’s room available at the church for your use if needed.
However, there are no programs for school-age children at the conference. We ask that they remain at home as we are unable to accommodate them.
